Careers Subject Selection

Yesterday was the day that the students had to bring their parents to look at the multiple subjects that the students might choose for their future learning. 

The subject that I'm going to choose is going to be Geography and physics. Because it's going to help me to get into my future job which is Nursing and Police Officer. 

Easy Bread

For Food Tech we made easy bread. I and my partner Saane weren't worried because everything was going well. Our Bread turned out brown and crispy.

Step 1 - 2c of plain flour, 1 Tsp sugar

2. 1 packet of yeast

3. 1c of warm water

4. 1/4 c of milk with 1 egg

5.  1/2 c oil 

6.1/3 tsp of salt

7. Whisk together

Chocolate Muffin

Today for Food Tech we made chocolate muffins. I think we did a great job because it turned out nice and it wasn't paku.


Ingredients
Chocolate Muffin
Step 1 - 1/2c of S.R. Flour
2. 1/2c of sugar
3. 1/2c of oil, 1/2c of milk
4. 1 egg, 1/4 cocoa
5. 1Tsp vanilla essence
6. Chocolate chip
7. Bake 180 degree

Lungs are pinkish white color.

Orange , Black and Brown

You are filtering chemicals inside your lungs .

Peach Cobbler

Today for Food Tech we made Peach Cobbler. My partner was Pauline, I think we did a great job. Because of our Peach Cobbler turned out very good.

Ingredient

Step 1 - 1/2c of S.R flour
 1/2 of cinnamon
1/2c of milk
1/2c of sugar
1/4c of oil
! egg

Food Tech -Wk 5 - Quiche

Today for Food Tech we made Quiche. I think that I May and Saane did a fantastic job.

Ingredients -
Step 1 - Cut the pastry into 12 pieces

Step 2 - Dice the ham

Step 3 - Put into the muffin tray
1 ham
2 cheese
3 top up with egg

Whisk 4 egg with half a cup of milk.

Burger Bun

Today for Food Technology we made Burger Bun.  I think that Saane and I done a great job because we worked together, also our bun turned out good.

Food Tech - Chocolate Muffin

Today for Food Technology we made chocolate muffins. I think that May and I done a good job today, I also think that our muffins turned out or came out really good. I don't think I need to improve on anything, maybe just confidence with doing the dry ingredients. But overall we have done a great job today! 

Recipe

Step 1 - Mix together

1) 1/2 of S.R. Flour,

2) 1/2 c of sugar

3) 1 egg

4) 1/3 c of cocoa

5) 50g of choc

6) 1/2 c of milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence

7) 1/2 c of oil

Mix well and scoop into the muffin tray. Bake for 15 mins 180c

• Will lied to his Uncle Phil
• He had been hiding drugs from his Uncle and families
• He had caused trouble in the family
• Carlton or Will could have died.

Hot Cakes

Today is the 8th of May 2018, we had food technology and as we made today hot cakes also known as pancakes, we were put into eight groups and we were the eighth group, we worked together as a whole team well partly. We all put in an effort, we had little burns but managed to get through the cooking process together.

We learned about prime number and multiples. 

What level do you think you are at currently? Why?

I think I am on level 3 because I am not smart like Albert Einstein to know every maths equations.

What are you looking forward to learning in our number topic?

To learn more about integer operations and identify factors.

What are your school/achievement goals for this topic? Why?

To move up a level, because year 10 need to be around level 5 or level 6.
